KAWS is one of my favorite contemporary artists. you won't be able to really appreciate his work until you've seen them up close, in person. I mean, yeah, he's repetitive and he's not exactly the most innovative artist out there. but the craftsmanship, the boldness is second to none. and I guess his popularity explains all that.
he recently did an editorial with Lohan for complex. I thought it's interesting.
Lohan has completely wrecked her own reputation, hopefully she can get back on her feet quickly. no matter how much you dislike her, you gotta admit, she is a pretty decent actress, a nature-born talent. right?
